Please be aware that we offer delivery with our own transport within Klang Valley only. For delivery service outside of Klang Valley & Singapore, we will appoint our Third-Party Logistic Partners to deliver your products.
Where we deliver to?
We provide delivery services to Peninsular Malaysia & Singapore only at this moment.
How we deliver?
We use Chesters own logistic transport to deliver our products to customers within Klang Valley & appoint Third-Party Logistic transport for customer outside of Klang Valley area.
Shipping lead times are within 3 – 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia, 7-10 working days for Singapore after dispatch.

In compliance with the Government’s MITI guidelines to curb the spread of COVID-19, our own transport delivery will be unavailable. We will use 3rd party logistic partner for item delivery during the duration of lockdowns (FMCO). Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Kindly reach out to 012-9330759 for updates on your order.
The customer is responsible in ensuring that the address stated for shipping is accessible for deliveries during lockdowns. We will not be responsible for parcel redirections, redeliveries or losses that might arise from such attempts
Missing or lost packages
In case you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email without finding or receiving the order(s), please report the case immediately by calling us at 03-2283 8322 or email us at info@chesterscollection.com so that our Customer Service Department can assist you in filing the claim and sending you a new package(s) replacement.
